This Privacy Policy explains how the Approach Control mobile game (“the app”) handles your information. The app is developed and published by nchanted.eu (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the app you agree to this policy.
In short: Approach Control collects no personal data. It has no internet access, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything the game saves (your progress, settings and scores) stays on your own device.
We do not collect, store on our servers, transmit, sell, or share any personal or sensitive information. The app has no account system, no sign-in, and no way to contact us from within the game. Specifically, the app:
To make the game playable, the app saves data locally on your device only, in the app’s private storage. This includes your game progress and saved shifts, preferences (such as sound and display settings), gameplay statistics, achievements, and best scores.
This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us or any third party, and is not personal information that identifies you. It is removed automatically when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
The app is distributed through the Google Play Store. When you download or use apps from Google Play, Google may collect and process certain information (for example, for purchases, delivery, crash reporting that you opt into at the device level, and aggregate statistics) under its own terms. That processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from Google about individual users.
The app is suitable for general audiences and is safe for children. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us — though, as described above, the app has no mechanism to transmit such information to us.
Privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. You remain in full control of the data stored on your device and can erase it at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
As the app stores data only in your device’s private app storage and transmits nothing, there is no off-device data for us to secure or retain. On-device data persists only until you clear it or uninstall the app.
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if the app’s functionality changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and publish the new version at this page. Significant changes will also be reflected in the app listing. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
